The aim of this book is to give at one place a very brief and simple account of some of these service matters in an introductory way for the benefit of the new entrants, the prospective entrants and also the existing employees.This book is quite old and over a period of time many changes must have occurred. But it may be still useful for many because it deals with conceptual issues which are relevant even now.

3. YATHNI’S TRAVEL TO KAILASH
It is a fiction based on Hindu mythology which also deals with issues of educational interest like climate change, bio-diversity, space science etc. These are dealt with in the form of a story with colourful illustrations. The book is for all type of readers and especially for youngsters.
4. A LITTLE GIRL VISITS KAILASH
This is a pictorial representation of the book titled ‘Yathni’s Travel to Kailash’.Yathni's Travel to Kailash' is a beautiful story. There are two main characters in that story. One of them is Yathni, a little girl studying in Fifth Grade. The other one is Ganesha, the cute little god of Hinduism. Yathni is an ardent devotee of Ganesha. Pleased with her devotion, Ganesha takes Yathni on an excursion to Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva.This book has been prepared with the intention that the message contained in 'Yathni's Travel to Kailash' should also be conveyed to young kids.
5. AN INTRODUCTION TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
'Intellectual Property' refers to the ownership of intangible and non-physical goods. It results from the expression of an idea. The concept of Intellectual property, therefore, provides that certain products of human intellect should be given the same protective rights that apply to physical properties. This is known as Intellectual Property Rights. It includes Copyright, Related Rights, Patents, Trademarks, Industrial Design and Geographical Indications.This book gives a brief outline as to what are the various facets of Intellectual Property and how to protect them from possible exploitation.
6. A BRIEF INSIGHT ON COPYRIGHT IN INDIA
Copyright is one of the subject matters of Intellectual Property Rights. Copyright is an exclusive right given by law for a certain number of years to an author, composer etc. (or his assignee) to print, publish and sell copies of his original work. It can be defined as the legal right to be the only one to reproduce, publish, and sell a book, musical recording, etc., for a certain period of time.This book deals rather extensively on the subject of copyright in India along with case laws.
